For the general organization of data PAK features an optional database.

This extension is realized as a client/server concept and is based on Oracle® SQL databases.

At a Glance:

• ASAM ODS

The database structure is based on ASAM ODS.

• Modifiable

PAK measurement data registered in the PAK database can be modified in its metadata (descriptive data) at all times. The PAK database keeps track of rename, delete, move operations as well as changing of attributes (descriptive data) in PAK.

• Permanent Archiving

The PAK database can be extended with the PAK Archive Service, to allow permanent archiving of PAK measurement data.

• Access Results through a Web Browser

Measurement data registered in the PAK database can be utilized by PAK and also by use of a web browser and the engineering data portal.
